职位描述
岗位职责:1.保持高度的警惕,防止客人的行李被人顺手拿走,防止前台和收银处发生偷盗、提包等现象Keep alert, prevent the guests luggage to be easily taken away, to prevent the occurrence of reception and cashier, theft, bags and other phenomena
对在大堂发生的争吵、大声呼叫、到处乱窜的客人要立即上前进行婉言劝说和制止,使其离开,制止在大堂内饮食、自带食品、饮料的客人,对带有狗和其它宠物的可婉言拒绝其入内immediately stepped forward politely to persuade and to stop the phenomenon about quarrel in the lobby, cried with a loud voice, scurrying around,c eating in the lobby, bring their own food, drinks and refused the guest entry with dogs and other petscan

对带有危险品、易燃品、易爆品入酒店的客人要劝其交保安部代为保管 the guest With dangerous goods, flammable, explosive products into the hotel ,politly persuade them to put them in Security Department
